Yield: 2 1/4 cups
2 cups tomato (seeded and diced)
3 green onion (finely chopped)
2 jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons lime juice (fresh squeezed)
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon New Mexico Chili Powder
1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin


Step 1

Combine tomatoes, onions, pepper, cilantro, lime juice, Tiger Sauce, garlic, salt, chili powder, cumin and let stand at room temperature for one hour before serving.
